#BetterPenang: CAT (Citizen Action Technology) is an community owned platform which allows users to post complaints and ideas to make Penang a better place for everyone.

This app is based on the idea that a democracy can only work if everyone plays their role. As such, Better Penang is a community-driven effort, it will only work if you and I do our part to make it work.

NOTE: The app is created and maintained by volunteers using our own resources. No government fund was spent on this project and while we are happy to receive the support from local government officials, especially MPSP and MPPP, we are not directly affiliated to the government.
