ENRIQUE PERALTA AZURDIA,

HEAD of the GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
WHEREAS:
Which for several years has felt the urgent need for reform of the civil legislation, in order to adapt it to the progress of science and the natural evolution of morality and other social relations regulated by this branch of the Law;
WHEREAS:
it is also indispensable to unify, within the Civil Code, several laws scattered that anticipated reform or established new institutions that, by their very nature, should be included in this body of law;
WHEREAS:
That the committee appointed to review the draft of the new Civil Code, issued a favourable report at the same, after you have entered the modifications that it deemed relevant;
