Celreport is a demo version of an application developed by Celfinet for Android that allows, in a easy way, to report georeferenced network incidents (such as dropped calls, failed data connection, etc.).
If your operator has an ongoing demo program of Celreport but your phone number is not included in this program, instead of the activation 4 digit code that you should receive by SMS after entering your phone number, you may receive the following notification: "This application is currently not available in your operator. Sorry for any inconvenience."
If your operator does not have any ongoing demo program, you can always download and register Celreport in your Android but the incidents you may report will be sent to the Celfinet demo environment, so do not expect any kind of technical feedback.
