This is a bright new theme for the newly released texting app called Evolve SMS.
This theme is based off of a previously made theme called Bright. FOUND HERE

You MUST have EvolveSMS installed to use this theme.
For this to be installed you have to have the EvolveSMS Customization Pack
To apply the theme:
• Open EvolveSMS
• Go to Settings
• Go to "Theme"
• Swipe over to Choose Theme
• Find theme name in the list
