This app needs permission to connect to internet to show the Facebook website. All the connections to facebook are secured using a secure https address. The app also connects to an google ad server to display ads on the bottom of the app. No other connections are established. This app is not interested in your data in contrary to some other apps in the Play store. These are the only connection taking places : you->facebook, you->googleAdServer.
Your data is 100% safe and won't be stored or used.
