The application Alo Ciudadano (www.alo-ciudadano.com) allows the residents and Tourists of the City of Piriapolis, in the Department of Maldonado in Uruguay, access to two key services:

- EMERGENCY - to Have a simple button to request assistance in case of Emergencies of any type
- NON-EMERGENCY - to Have an alternative to determine eligibility of any type, provided that it is not Emergencial to the authorities of the Municipality.

Following the concept of the 3 C (C-ontinuing what is well done, C-correct what to correct, and C-onstruir what is missing); the Neighbors have a role PARTICIPATORY in all events related to the City, being able to send directly to the municipal authorities their Complaints, Compliments, Complaints and Suggestions to improve each and every day to the City.
