The Darko Icon Pack's unique designs can only be found in its app. The pack is completely inspired by the original image, but is redesigned to incorporate many new ideas. Easy installation methods are provided with the pack’s first download and opening instructions. You can apply any template you choose from the app’s main gallery. These templates are stored on a separate cloud system and must be downloaded before they can be applied to another set of icons. Once you choose a new template, you can delete the previous one to free up storage space.

To further enhance Darko – Icon Pack, the app features 118 themed wallpapers for users to combine with their icon sets. These wallpapers can be accessed through the app's keyword search feature. Each wallpaper category is also separated by theme. At the top of the page, there’s a bar graph and a list of suggestions. Clicking on any of these images brings up HD versions that can be aligned and cropped to fit the desktop.
