Easy DIY Strawberry Pompoms v1.0 APK (Unlimited Money)

Learn how to make these delighful strawberry pompoms from yarn and felt in a few easy steps.

For this craft you will need:

   cardboard
   assorted yarn
   scissors
   felt

1. For this craft, I created a cardboard template. This template was made by tracing a 4 inch circle with a smaller 1 and 1/2 inch circle in the center. I put a notch in the side. You'll learn why in a minute. You'll need to make two.

2. Place the two templates on top of one another and begin wrapping the red yard around them like so. Work back and forth from one end of the circle to the other avoiding getting too close to where you put the notch.

3. Next, add a bit of green yarn for the seeds. Wrap it like so. Add a bit more red yard and then a few more seeds.

4. Now, add a final layer of all red yarn to look like this.

5. With the scissors, starting at one side of the notch working your way around the template, spread open the template. There is a gap between the two. Cut the yarn down the middle of the template until you arrive at the other side of the notch. Be careful not to allow the yarn to come out of the notch.

6. Next cut a piece of red yarn about 12 inches long. From the notch, place the center of the cut yarn between the two templates and tie a knot.

7. It is now safe to remove your pompom from the template.

8. Hold onto the yarn that you used to tie off the pom pom. This will be the top of the strawberry. With the scissors, shape the pom pom into a strawberry like so. Don't be afraid to give it a good haircut. Be careful not to clip the yarn that you used to tie off the pompom in the center.

9. Next, cut out a strawberry top from the felt. Cut a small hole in the center and thread it through onto the top of the strawberry. Tie a knot onto the thread to secure the felt in place.

10. Now tie your strawberry pompom onto your backpack, cellphone case or even use them as zipper pulls.
