Final Fantasy's epic adventure comes to mobile through No longer with 2D Escape.

You will no longer play a 2D game once you finish this questline.

The Game's first Final Fantasy to have full 3D graphics and CG clips is incredibly impressive. The reason is because the game's art director, Yoshitaka Amano, worked tirelessly for years on this project. When I was watching his art and the 2D pixel art in the game, I would feel depressed. The inordinately detailed, flying pictures were rendered meaningless by the loss of aesthetic appeal due to the addition of small bit graphics. On the TV screen, every muscle-bound hero appeared rotund and bloated thanks to excessive calories. Their pudgy frames stood out only because of minor details like body type or attire color. New opportunities to be excited about are added to the story of Final Fantasy VII thanks to a different approach. This change inspired players to believe in the heroes of Final Fantasy VII. Thanks to Yoshitaka Amano's artwork, anyone can freely be themselves when creating a character in the game. Upon playing the game for the first time, I was astounded and felt grateful. My favorite game has been mobileized in a stunning 3D format— it's my new favorite game. The initial appearance of the character is enchanting and shiny. It's gratifying to observe its perfection and grace. And the magical land's satisfying scenery and fierce battles are presented in full 3D. When I share how I feel, I'm taken aback, surprised, and pleased with the results.

Open world games can be freely played.

Initially we were restricted to exploring the confines of the city of Midgar. With future victories, you overcome this limitation and open new lands to study with intriguing mysteries at their core. As new plot developments occur, new story spaces unlock. You must fight hard from the beginning to continue your journey through the Final Fantasy VII plot. This is because your freedom in the game is conditional and subject to challenge.

Materia

In Final Fantasy VII, certain pieces of equipment come with a Materia gem that improves the character's skill set. These gems affect the use of Magic, summons and other skills. Adding new Materia to the system changes the game's stats. Each time a new Materia is added, one stat decreases or increases. The moment Final Fantasy VII's story becomes unforgettable is when the characters' extreme anger and bitterness reach their peak. When this happens, Limited Break appears for the last time, like a terrible move that brings everyone's inner turmoil to a head. Each side in battle features a Limit bar that fills up when they take damage. In a situation where the bar is full, a character can utilize an ultimate move with a Life-and-Death category called Limited Break. The move features excessive damage compared to other attacks, making it harder to dodge.

A battle that lasts for an allotted time, instead of ending abruptly.

The time-based battle system from previous Final Fantasy games is still in place. However, the number of characters players can choose from is reduced to three. This is because the new Final Fantasy VII only utilizes AtB turn-based combat. When selecting a team, players must consider their options carefully due to the limited nature of their choices. Choosing three people changes the game's strategic level significantly. Prior to selecting contestants, they need to consider their options. Protect the healer, attack with weapons and use magic— choose wisely when making this decision. In classic turn-based combat, you must wait before taking each action. However, Final FantasyVII’s real-time action system perfectly melds the two approaches. You only need to press a button to attack. The circularity of RPG time intervals lends its rhythm to the minute-to-minute action in the game. Every interval — from using special powers or spells, to using moves with a Limited Break — requires a delayed energy refill. The result is a juxtaposition that’s highly noticeable and engaging.

Story

The mobile version of Final Fantasy VII closely follows the plot and gameplay of its PC counterpart. When attacking the Mako nuclear reactors in Midgar city, Cloud joined AVALANCHE. During one of his attacks, AVALANCHE became trapped and the Mako reactor exploded. Cloud was unconscious and injured from the event. Cloud met Aeris and helped her escape from her pursuers. However, she was still caught. As Aeris was being held captive by Shinra, the remaining members of AVALANCHE broke into their main facility to free her. They successfully accomplished this task thanks to another villain who devastated the entire Shinra system. A few people noticed that a Jenora creature with no head had disappeared from the lab during the chaotic attack. They identified Sephiroth as the cause. Sephiroth intended to cause the world great suffering in order to force the Lifestream to congregate in one place. From this place, he intended to merge with the Lifestream and form a God who would rule over all. With more lines of events, it became apparent that many years ago Tifa, Cloud and Aeris teamed up to challenge Sephiroth. After falling into the Lifestream, he unexpectedly remained conscious and reincarnated into the Lifestream several times. Aeris died in battle with Sephiroth, but she was able to summon Holy magic as her last act. Even with magic, Cloud and Tifa were still unable to defeat Sephiroth. To learn the truth, they broke free from his mind control and found Professor Hojo, who was behind everything and Sephiroths father. By virtue of the Lifestream's timely arrival, the destruction of large-scale crimes was accomplished. Consequently, the city of Midgar was destroyed; nevertheless, peace has been restored to the entire Planet.
