the Description of the model.

In the area of old Slottsfabriken on main street up the Magnolia Residence three blocks with the rental and condominiums under the name of the mustard factory. This will be a total of around 1800 homes with the start of stage 1 which contains 454 rental units.

Stage 1 will have a tastefully architectural variation, which will contribute to a welcoming entrance to the university of Uppsala. The facades of the buildings in light colours, and consists for the greater part of the plaster and brick, with details in glass, wood and steel. The large glass atrium courtyards parties along the Kungsgatan shopping street and the railway becomes the characterizing trait of the neighborhood, and together with the timber-clad entrances, they provide a playful and inviting impression.
