The Portal Ign is the official app of the City of Cariacica, in the case of an important tool of communication with the population, because through its use, enables citizens to:

- access to the social networks and the site of the City of Cariacica;

- to send, via forms, requests, complaints, queries, complaints, compliments and suggestions (Ombudsman's office), making it possible to attach snapshots and image files.

- access and make calls to all phones of the municipal administration and other useful telephone numbers;
