Zoom for Instagram module adds the missing zoom functionality to Instagram.
Since version 2.0, This module has 2 modes - basic (free) and pro (fully functional for a 7 days trial period).

Basic mode adds a small zoom button to the right of the comment button or direct share button under each photo in Instagram.
Clicking the zoom button will open the image in a full-screen view where you can zoom the image.
